Easily add infrared and contact closure control to your HomeSeer system with the Ocelot! Control your audio and video equipment via IR signals. Control and monitor garage doors, sprinkler systems, door bells, contact switches, etc.
Here are just a few things you can do with HomeSeer and the Ocelot*:
Mute the TV when the doorbell rings

The Ocelot itself is the "brains" behind the system. It is the controller module that contains the interface to the Computer. It connects to the computer using a free serial port. The Ocelot itself only supports Infrared control for one zone. It can learn and send infrared commands. To detect contact closure or switch relays, you need optional modules such as the SECU16. For multiple zones of infrared, you will need the SECU16IR. These optional modules connect to the Ocelot over an RS485 bus. This is a simple 4 wire connection.
