Teleinformation is currently used and provided by EDF (Electricité de France) provider in order to make possible the development of systems that are able to do the following things:
- display information such as consumption, power, ...,
- loads drive,
- energy management,

The aims of this plug-in is to import data collected from the electrical counter to HomeSeer : 1 device is created by item found in the teleinformation frame.
It's also generate graphics:
- for the instant consumption,
- for the daily consumption.
It also allow the export of the date into a CSV file for logging/use with other applications.
