Description:
UltraStatus is a HomeSeer HS2 plug-in that allows you to change the device string of HomeSeer devices as they change status. This feature allows you to display a certain image based on the status of a HomeSeer device (e.g. motion.gif, nomotion.gif).
UltraView2 provides "at a glance" status for all your HomeSeer devices. You provide your own home's floor plan views or pictures, then specify the X and Y coordinates and floor you want the device icon displayed on. You can then click on the icon to turn on or off a device (depending on the device type). UltraView2 also includes a "Status View" to view your HomeSeer devices by location.
UltraStatus HSPI Example #1
You have a HomeSeer device that tracks the status of your garage door when the "G7 X10" code is received. Using this plug-in, you can define a rule that changes the devicestring to "Door Open" when "G7 X10 On" is received or "Door Closed" when the "G7 X10 Off" is received. HomeSeer will then attempt to display the image "dooropen.gif" or "doorclosed.gif" based on the value of the devicestring. Using this plug-in, you would define a new rule as follows:
